1. Products and Specifications

Product Quality: All precious metals products sold by My Silver are investment-grade bullion meeting or exceeding industry standards. Silver products are .9999 purity (99.99% pure silver) unless otherwise specified.

Weight and Purity Certification: All products are weighed and verified for purity before shipment. Customers receive products matching the specifications listed on their order confirmation.

Product Images: Product images are representative. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or natural variations in precious metals.

2. Pricing and Availability

Spot Price Fluctuation: Precious metals prices are dynamic and based on spot market prices. Prices displayed on our website are current but subject to change without notice. Your price is confirmed at the time your order is placed and payment is processed.

Availability: Product availability is subject to inventory. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund.

Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel any order placed based on pricing errors or if pricing cannot be confirmed.

3. Ordering and Payment

Account Creation: To place an order, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed through Stripe
• ACH bank transfers with 1% processing fee (capped at $5)
• Wire transfers

Processing Fees: Credit card purchases incur a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee. Customers acknowledge and agree to these fees at checkout before payment submission.

Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing order details, tracking information, and estimated delivery timeframe.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods: We ship precious metals via insured, signature-required carriers to ensure secure delivery.

Shipping Address: You must provide a valid, deliverable shipping address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title pass to you upon signature acceptance of delivery. We recommend inspecting packages immediately upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with proof of delivery status. We will work with carriers to file claims and resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: Due to the nature of precious metals as commodities subject to market fluctuations, we maintain a no-return policy for precious metals products once received and accepted.

Defective Products: If you receive products not meeting our specifications (incorrect weight, purity, or damaged), contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace defective products at our expense.

Inspection: Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. You forfeit the right to claim defects if you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt.

6. Taxation and Legal Compliance

Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government fees. Prices displayed do not include state or local sales taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout where applicable.

Precious Metals Regulations: We comply with all federal and state regulations governing precious metals sales and dealers.
